Parker Village is a condominium community of seventy-five detached homes situated on 21.5 acres with private roads and a community building. Essential to your association are active committees comprised of involved homeowners that are the backbone of a well run community.
Homeowners will elect a Board of Directors to safeguard your investment and maintain the standards set by you and your association. Your board may elect to hire a professional management company to oversee the maintenance of landscape and exterior care. Unused portions of your association fee may be allocated toward reserve funds for future repair and replacement of items such as roofs, sidewalks, and common areas. The efficiency gained by being part of a larger body is soon evident, whether in obtaining insurance or contracting for snow removal. Through your association fee, all landscaping is completed, all lawns are watered by our irrigation system, the exterior of your home and the common lands are insured, and all exterior maintenance, snow removal and trash removal are completed.
Combined with the benefits of low maintenance construction, available natural gas, town sewer and water, your association fee will allow economy and efficiency in your gracious new home and surroundings. To ensure that every homeowner is comfortable and confident about the management of their association, the full details of your condominium and Homeowners Association are available to you for review for no less than five days by law during which time all deposits are refundable.
The Proposed Association fee per month per unit is $139.27.
